Description
Luxury Waterfront House in the Moovalya Keys with lots of parking and a 50ft private dock. This is an awesome 4 bedroom 2 bath house on the best canal in the keys. You are in the keys but don't have to deal with the gates and limited parking. We are outside the gates across from Circle K. Put your boat in, park the truck and just have fun.

Rates & Minimum Stay
$450/night 3 night min. 4+ nights available for a discount. $225 cleaning fee. There will be a refundable deposit $500 for accidental damages. Returned to you after the housekeeper inspects the home. Rates are higher for holiday and special event weekends.

Snowbird Rental Available
Two vehicles in front of the house on the street. Additional parking at the entrance of the moovalya keys in the overflow parking. All vehicles including trailers must have a parking pass visible to park in overflow parking. Parking passes are provided in the welcome info that will be sent to you prior to your stay.

Colorado River Keys canals in your back yard; Emerald Canyon Golf Course 5 min drive, Blue Water Casino 10 min drive, Parker Dam 10 min drive; Pirates Den, Roadrunner Resort Floating Bar and Grill & Foxes Floating Bar & Grill 10 min boat ride up river.
