Waterfront home with Private 50ft dock; One of the most rented homes in the keys “home away from home” in the gated Moovalya Keys neighborhood. A comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with large open kitchen, dining, & living room. 2 large back patio with bbq and beautiful view of the canals and unique homes within The Keys. Enjoy the convenience of using your own dock off the second canal from the river within a calm “no wake” zone safe for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages. Grass dog park and trailer lot at the front of the gated entrance.

Two vehicles in front of the house on the street. Additional parking at the enterace of the moovalya keys in the over flow parking. All vehicles including trailers must have a parking pass visable to park in over flow parking. Parking passess are provided in the welcome info that will be sent to you prior to your stay.
