Large back patio with bbq and beautiful view of the canals and unique homes within The Keys. Enjoy the convenience of using your own dock off of the first canal from the river within a calm “no wake” zone safe for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages.

Rates & Minimum Stay
$550/night 3 night min. 4+ nights available for a discount + $200 cleaning fee. Refundable deposit $500 for accidental damages returned to you after the housekeeper inspects the home. Rates are higher for holiday and special event weekends.
Minimum Stay - 3 night min 2 night min midweek.

Snowbird Rental Available
Access to 4 car garage. Additional parking at the enterace of the moovalya keys in the over flow parking. All vehicles including trailers must have a parking pass visable to park in over flow parking. Parking passess are provided in the welcome info that will be sent to you prior to your stay.
