Waterfront home with Private 50ft dock; Newly renovated river “home away from home” in the gated Moovalya Keys neighborhood. A comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with large open kitchen, dining, & living room. Large back patio with bbq and beautiful view of the canals and unique homes within The Keys. Enjoy the convenience of using your own dock off the first canal from the river within a calm “no wake” zone safe for floating, canoeing, paddle boarding, and swimming for all ages. Master bedroom has 1 king and 1 twin bed, 2nd guest room has 2 queen beds, and 3rd room has one king bed. Living room has a pullout couch. Trailer lot and overflow parking is at the front of the gated entrance.

Two vehicles in front of the house on the street. Additional parking at the entrance of the moovalya keys in the overflow parking. All vehicles including trailers must have a parking pass visible to park in overflow parking. Parking passess are provided in the welcome info that will be sent to you prior to your stay
