Inside the main unit is one bedroom with a king bed, one bathroom and an open kitchen/living room. Inside the bedroom, living room, and on the patio are smart TVs to sit back and enjoy your shows. Main unit has an oven microwave and dishwasher. There’s also a barbecue out on the patio to cook while enjoying the amazing view of the lake. During the cooler parts of the year sit around the tables fire pit under a covered patio. Attached to the main unit is two additional bedrooms, but cannot be access from inside the main unit. One bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed in the other bedroom has a full/full bunk bed. These two rooms are separated by a half bathroom each room has its own mini split AC and smart TVs. The unit has a small washing machine, but unfortunately, no dryer. Good news is the community laundry room is just steps away from the unit. This unit is located in Sam’s Beachcomber on the island. Short term-April thru Sept. Main unit $270 a night, $150 cleaning fee, $50 sublease fee that is required by the park. Main unit plus additional bedrooms $375 a night, $200 cleaning fee and $50 sublease fee. Long Term- October thru March. Main unit $3000 per month $200 cleaning fee and up to $100 a month in utilities, hundred dollar sublease she required by the office. Main unit plus additional bedrooms $3300 per month $250 cleaning fee up to $100 in utilities. A $500 damage deposit is required on all bookings. Deposit is usually returned within the week after checking out.
